Steven R. Burlingham has had the pleasure of serving the greater Sacramento area for the last 35 years as an attorney and advocate. Mr. Burlingham has worked for Gary, Till & Burlingham since 1982 and became a managing partner soon after. Mr. Burlingham received his undergraduate degree in History from Biola College and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Burlingham also received his juris doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 1979 and a masters degree in taxation in 1982. He has lived and practiced in the greater Sacramento area since 1979.
Mr. Burlingham practices primarily in divorce and adoption law and is certified by the California State Bar as a Certified Family Law Specialist. He also works extensively in trusts, probate, trust administration, conservatorship and guardianship law. Mr. Burlingham seeks to assist his clients in finding comprehensive and effective solutions for their family law, divorce, adoption and trust and estate planning matters for an affordable fee. Mr. Burlingham prioritizes understanding his clients' personal situations and tailoring solutions to fit their best interest. Mr. Burlingham is an elder and teacher at his church, President of the Christian Legal Society, and a past board member on the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group (specializing in divorce collaborative law and peaceful resolution short of litigation). He also enjoys reading a good book, hiking, running and bird-watching
